I have an Access 2000 database that runs on several XP and WIN2K machines. All machines are networked and print to the same printers. Most have Office 2002 installed, but still open the database in the 2000 format. All the PC's export various access reports to word (rtf format). Problem is one machine truncates data and heading labels. It is using the same font as the others and the same printer. The only thing different is that it is not using SP2, where the others are. I will be arranging an upgrade with our corporate office (machines are locked down and I do not have administrative rights), but fear this is not the source of the problem. Has anyone had a similar situation?
