Trying to get a report to show a field that has combined data. (1 Viewer)

I have a file with "fields in a form that i have combined by taking "Document Number" and "Version" in a field by using "=[Document Number] & "-V" & [Version]" which works fine in the form but when i create a report it doesn't appear. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use the expression as a calculated field in the query that is used for the report

or you can do the same with your report.
add an unbound textbox and combine it there.
