turning a user list into an email list

I have an internal company table of users, each user has an email id. What is the easiest way to change the "vertical list" into the "horizontal" list of email addresses separated by semi-colons.

I don't know if its the right direction but I was able create a single row with each of the email addresses using a cross tab query.

what should I do next? or instead?

what are you going to do with the list once you have it? are the names the email addresses. eg dan@jengibre.f9.co.uk or Dan T? Are you plcaing them in a new email item or just using them for reference. Might affect how you want to build the list.
