Two lists: "Available" and "Selected"

Hi

Could someone please point me in the right direction?

I am looking for a control (or a was to implement the functionality) of something that is used in Windows. I dont know what the correct term is for this control, but it looks like this. It allows you to select items from an "Available" list and move it over to a "Selected" list. I have so far designed my form like this.

My first list's contents is based on a SELECT query, was thinking maybe taking the complement of the first list for the second list's data, but how do I then update the first list?

Have been searching so far in vain - what is the name for this functionality???

Please solve the mystery...
