Below is a section from my PostCode Tbl

On my Contractors Data form I want to be able to select one or more PostCodes (RG2, RG20, PO2) which represent the areas of the towns or cities that any one contractor can cover.

As can be seen any particular Code can represent more that one Area and/or County so I need to be able to filter out all duplicate entries so that on my From I can enter one or more Codes and have a list of all the Areas and Counties displayed below.

This Code (RG20) can then be used by my Customer.Form to find all Contractors within either the Customers Post Code or the Customers Area. So that if I enter on the Customers Form their Post Code as RG2 or address area as Whitley then a list of Contractors who cover these areas will be displayed

Is it possible and more to the point HOW?

You have a one to many relationship between PostCode and district and therefore need to construct the tables ,Form/subform accordingly

Not clear

Are your contractors allocated to their patch by area or post code? You seem to suggest postcode.

If you want to enter the area in your form, why not look up the post code and populate the post code control on your form with this. Otherwise, key in the post code to the control.

Then query your contractors table by post code.

Am I missing something?
