Unsure of best option to use.

Ive got a list of domains which id like to keep records of eg.
Category, date purchased, how long for, active or inactive.

I have lots of domains so i reckon the best way to view these would be in spreadsheet format but im open to suggestions. Id like to be able to select what category eg, car related domains, books domains, business domains. then it displays all the records with all of their details. Id also like to be able to vioew multiple categories, or all of them together. Any ideas?

you could use a grouped report
