Unwanted record

Hey all, in my (sub)form, i have a checkbox. whenever i check it, it adds a new (blank) record, which i do not want.

All i want is to tick the box, and for it to appear ticked in the corresponding table.

Any ideas?? :p
 
Try setting the "Allow Additions" property of the form to "No". When you edit a record in Access in datasheet view, it will typically place a blank line at the bottom of the view to signify the next "blank" record.
