Update date from to in a query

Hi everyone. New to this and so far have got by with Access tools and no visual basic skills. I want to update dates (from and to) in a query (or several queries at once) without having to go into the query every time. Is it possible to have the query updated from either a table or form? Application is for changing financial year dates from one financial year to another.
