Update Query, please help!

I am new to Access and need to perform an update query. Basically I have my Main table that has 2 fields (Name and Account). On a daily basis, I want a Test table to update the Main table with the account number changes. Like I said, I am new, so if someone would kindly send me an actual screen shot of what the query would look like, I would really appreciate it!!!

You just create a query as normal: pick the fields, add any criteria. Then you just go to Query -> Update Query from the menu and your query changes to an update query.
