I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but, I'm trying to see if an update query would work for me. Attached is a screen shot of my current form/record.
Can I use the Yes/No checkbox, when clicked, replace data from one record of my form, to another record in the same form? (Subform to subform....)?
Ideally, I'd like to be able to click off the check box, have it prompt me for the Date Late field (on my subform record) and place the Pass number into the pass used field. Assuming this makes sense to the reader, is this possible?
My employees earn passes (with a pass number as incentives...) When they redeem their pass, I'd like to click the checkbox and have it prompt me for the date late, and fill in the pass used field.
