Urgent Help Needed

hi i am making a database for a company, in which i have the feild "joining date" and the feild "paymant method" which can either be yearly or half yearly

im looking for a quiery that will work out who need to pay when and also i need it to bring them up two weeks before due payment..... im then going to mailmerge them.. which i am not 100% sure how to do.

any help is highly appreciated

can any1 just post to tell me this is an impossible task or something...

or can any1 just tell me one step of it to help me along

eg. how to get the current date up
how to minus two weeks from the current date


would a query where you type in the month and day work in a parametere box then get it to bring up.... nope, well im at the end of my knowlage here..

To get the 2 weeks you would use

DateAdd("d",14,[yourpaymentdatefield])<date()

youll have to come up with another query to find the date that they need to pay
probably can use the same

yourpaymentdatefield=DateAdd("m",6",[joindate])

something like that

okay ive just been thinking how about bringing up all the customers that joined in a certain month, how would i do that... and yes my knowlage is very limited haha

meh... ive made it easyier on myself and just made another feild called joining month (hidden)
