urgent help on Pop up required

I have a form which holds all the student information on a subform called 'frmstandardletters2' I have a combo box with different letters that are sent home i.e. truancy, uniform, behaviour etc. On selecting say the uniform letter a pop up box for the uniform options appears.

The code on the on click against the standard letter combo box is:

If [Standard Letter Type] = "Uniform" Then
DoCmd.OpenForm "frmUniformPopUP", , , , , acDialog, Me.[StandardLetterID]

and on the uniform form on load I have:

UniformPopUPID = Me.OpenArgs


this all works fine.. however the uniform form was set up as data entry.

Now work want to be able to double-click on a letter sent out and for it to bring up the popup box with the options which were used.

I tried using the code in the doubleclick property, but it brings up all the uniform letters sent out instead of the one that is just matching...

Please can someone help me to sort this out because I am going round and round in circles
