Hey there,
I am new to access 2010 and I am currently in the process of designing a access database for the company I work for to hold inventory and things.
I used the form wizard to create and link some data from a table to the form, I added a combo box and linked it to a field on the table "invent number" now its all working fine and I can use the combo box to brows and select the data I want to see on the form but the problem comes when I want to add a new invent number.
Now I can just go onto the table and add new numbers, save it then it appears in my combo box.
My question is: Is it possible to use the combo box to add data to my table for instance, my table invent numbers go from 1-10, if i wanted to add 11 is there some way i could do it via the combo box?
apologies if this has been asked thousands of times.
Thanks in advance,
