Use ampersand in a string

Quick one here,

I want the title of my report to read "Weekly P&T Spend Report" However I can not get the ampersand to registar as being just a character rather than underlining the next letter. How can I get it to actually display the ampersand as an ampersand.

I know I can just write the word 'and' and it doesn't look as asthetic so if it's a pain to do it's not important but would be preferable.

I have put this in the general section as the issue also affect labels on forms.

But if the same report exported to word the string is shown as Weekly P&&T Spend Report (With double ampersand)

How to achieve single ampersand in both report and word report when exported.
