Hi guys hope you can help
In my database, i have a list of addresses which are grouped into different areas. The user will need to visit each area separately and go to all the addresses on the list.
My problem is creating a report of the list of addresses in a particular order that the user can set, rather than following alphabetically or some other common way. For example:
1 New Road 2 New Road
2 New Road Needs to be 5 New Road
3 New Road 3 New Road
5 New Road 1 New Road
as set by user.
I thought of maybe having a query with a numbering field assigning a numerical value to each address in the list and then being able to order it by that, but I really would like something better and easier for the user, such as an up and down arrow to simply move an address one higher or lower.
Does anyone have any ideas? Your help is much appreciated.
