Users' access control

Hi,

I'm creating a little db to use at work, and I'd like to allow different user's use different tables/forms.

How does Access handles users' permissions ? Is it possible to allow some users to only see the data while others can enter/edit data ?

you can do it with the user-level security. Tools ->Security ->User-level Security Wizard. However, make sure that you read a lot about it before you apply it and make sure that you keep some backup copies of your database, in case you get locked out of your db!
