Using Calendars in Forms?

Hi All,
Is there a way to bring up a calendar (showing relevant month) when using a date (bound/unbound) field in a form.

What I want to do is pick/store a date from a popup current month using a calendar instead of just typing in a date. This would be useful for the users scheduling appointments etc.

Is there a way of doing this?
