Hi
I currently have a system that provides staff briefings on a 24/7 basis. I am now expanding the usage over a much wider area but to users who are also spread across three different, non connected servers as they are regionally located.
However there will be a need for certain articles to be passed across all areas and I thought using an exchange mailbox may work.
If I linked the mailbox to an access table initially how would I extract detail from the email body the populate the necessary fields which would be;
[Start Date], [End Date], [Content], [Users]
Any help would be appreciated
