Using FLOOR function at form level

I am trying to use the FLOOR function. From searches here and in the Access help, I need to use msowcf.dll which is installed and activated, but to allow its use in forms I need to create a "public function" which is where I am stuck. Could someone explain in simple terms what I need to do to allow this please

I haven't use that function. To make a Public function go to the
database window, select the modules tab. If you have no
modules, create a new one. A function that you put in here
will be available to all your forms, reports and queries.
