Using Forecast

In Excel I used the formula FORECAST to calculate the forecast of a stock based on its history and an index.

I would like to implement this process in Access, how can I invoke the FORECAST formula in a query?

There's no equivalent. This is a good example of how Access and Excel are different.

You can call the Excel function from within Access:

Or if you know the algorithm you can write your own function based on the algorithm and call that.

Or export your data to Excel and perform the calculation there.
