Using Info from Previous Line in Report (1 Viewer)

I have a report having to do with a span between cities. The problem I am having is getting the report to automatically show the span.
line 1 will show City_A followed by other info. Line 2 will show City B , Line 2 City C , etc...
I would like the Second line to show 'City A to City B' followed by the other info and line 3 show 'City B to City C'...
Any Ideas?
