Using picture display like Northwind sample, but problem

My problem is I'm displaying multiple records at one time. But the way the code is, whichever record has focus, that picture is displayed on all records (screenshot attached).

Is it possible to load pictures for each record all at once, and have them display correctly?

I copied the code from the Northwind sample.

I'm sub par on VBA coding.
