I'm not a guru developer (I'm probably an advanced intermediate), but I know folks and have had to turn down a few assignments because I'm too busy. I guess they like me because I charge so little. I'm worried that if I say no too many times, they'll forget about me.
Anyway I got the idea of *associating* with experienced Access developers from around the world who I never met and don't know (in India, Pakistan, Brazil, wherever) and having them develop the projects I don't have time for. I'd spec the project, having them develop it and then I'd test it before delivery.
Sure. It's outsourcing. Does anyone have experience doing this? Pitfalls, tricks, traps, success stories?
