I am trying to format a report that shows everyone that has time off by date in each week. (This report will be printed each week.) I made a select query that has date and name. But, I want the report to show as follows:

I cant figure out how to set up my report to show this...I tried columns but that didnt work at all!!! When I tried with a crosstab query, I needed the dates to be column heading and name to be value, I have nothing to be row heading. Plus, when name is value, I cant actually get it to put in all the names. Please help.
