Can you use a VB6 directory listbox control on a MS Access form to display the directory structure? If so, how do you do it?

Or is there some other way to display a user selectable directory structure on an Access form?

Thanks

Directory Listbox

Thanks Sergeant, that database posted by LagBolt was essentially the approach that I had decided to use if the VB6 DirListBox ActiveX control could not be used within Access. Adding subfolder levels only as needed is an excellant way to initially populate the TreeView quickly and there is only a momentary delay as the next level of subfolders is added to the control. That sure saved my a lot of extra work.

I just don't understand why Microsoft does not permit you to use VB6 DirListBox ActiveX control within Access. When you select "More Controls" you get a long list of other ActiveX controls that are registered on your PC. I have VB6 Professional installed on my PC. Why does the VB6 DirListBox ActiveX control not appear in that list? I guess I can just add that to my list of frustrations with Microsoft software.

Thanks again!
