View Report Command won't work

I have a form that has two command buttons in order to view (and subsequently print) two reports.

I have made some changes to database on my new computer - not to these forms though and I can use the buttons but my co-workers can't. The database was created with Access 2000 and we are all using XP. The only change is my new computer has office 2003 (everyone else has 2000) although I installed Access 2000 to prevent something like this.

Any thoughts as to why that might be happening?

If you can see buttons and your coworkers can't and your own code isn't hiding the buttons, then you are looking at different copies of the database.

Before you resolve this, make sure to make a backup to a removable media so you don't overlay the wrong version.
