Viewing and editing records in the form

Hi

Can some assist with this problem.
tblAccessDetails
frmAccessDetails

I have the above table and form. I use the form to add the data to the table. However I can't add all the data I want for that record, so I need to go back later to continue to add data to the same record. But I need to do this, as I can't enter all data at the same time. When I re-open the form, the naviagation arrows at the bottom willl not allow me to go back so I can edit previous records. How can I do this.

Set the form's DATA ENTRY property to NO.

I new it was something simple, thankyou. What about my other post, would you have a solution to that?
