Viewing (.pdf, .doc, etc) within form

I have a document that is done in PDF that I want to be able to display within a form in my database. can this be done. How would I do this if it were a .doc file.

I am assuming that I need to attach it to the records within my table but I am not sure the correct way to make this work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
