Hi, I'm new to Access 2010 and love it! However, I sometimes find the manuals a bit hard to follow but have learnt a lot off YouTube.
I currently have two problems I could do with any help with.
Problem 1
I have a table and form for requisitioning materials, one of the fields is a date filed which the Purchasing Manager must order materials by. When the materials are ordered he changes the Requisition status from "Pending" to "Ordered". If he fails to order the materials by the specified date I need an email triggered by the date to be sent to selected people advising that the materials were not ordered on the date which is sent daily until the status changes to "Ordered".
The recipients of the email are selected form another table "tblUsers" which has the following fields: UserName, Password, Email and a fled that I can select the recipients of emails (Yes/No). If I select "Yes" they will receive the email warning.
The second part is I want to get a barcode reader to update a field that records the time in time out.
I would appreciate any help.
