Hi Access World Forum,
I have not used Access since somewhere in the middle 199x? I understand relational database theory and normalization and have spent a lot of time reading about Access and playing with version 2007. I have used the posts on this site to help me understand how to use some of the tools.
I am retired and have been volunteering at the American Indian Health Clinic in the diabetes prevention program. I have a degree in microbiology and still like to work around research.
I want to use my skills in interpreting and managing data to help the clinic use the data they have and future data to measure their progress they are having in diabetes prevention.
I am looking forward to getting some advice on how to tackle the huge amount of data that has been poorly recorded in spreadsheets with no understanding of database principles or practices.
Looking forward to your guidance
Russ
