The following Code pops up when I run the "Web Compatible" check?

ACCWeb107014
Error text A Table should have a Primary Key and it should be a number with field size 'long' to be compatible with the Web.
What it means The indicated table has one of the following problems:
· The table does not have a primary key.
· The data type of the primary key is not Number.
· The primary key Field Size is not Long.
What to do Change the existing primary key in Design view so that it has the correct data type and Field Size; or, create a new primary key for the table, using the AutoNumber data type. If Design view is not available, create a new table, and add to it the columns from the original table; then drop the original table.
My "EmpID" is the first four letters of the Last Name and the first 3 of First Name.

Is that NOT going to work? I know it says it won't, but I'm surprised that it doesn't.

Do you have actually have access to Sharepoint with Access Services, either through your company, through Office 365 or through a third party hosting service? I ask because sometimes people don't realize what is actually required to publish an Access web app.

If you do have access to the correct version of Sharepoint and are planning on publishing, then no, your current PK is NOT going to work. When you publish an Access web app, your tables become Sharepoint Lists, which live by a different set of rules than standard Access tables.

If you don't have access to the correct version of Sharepoint, and are not planning on purchasing it, then you can't publish anyway, so what the compatibility checker says is irrelevant.
