Hello all,
I have quite alot of Questionnaire cards that people have filled in and posted into a box in a restaurant, now on the said questionnaire form is the following:

We thank you for visiting our restaurant and hope that you enjoyed your meal. In order that we may maintain high levels of quality and service,
we would appreciate a few moment of your time to complete
this short questionnaire.

A: How did you hear about us?

Recommendation Advertisement Other

B: What is your opinion regarding Our food?
Poor Average Good Excellent

C: Our service?
Poor Average Good Excellent

D: The atmosphere?
Poor Average Good Excellent

We would appreciate any additional comments you may wish to make:

Name:
Email:
Date of Visit:
Date of Birth:

--------------

ok so that's the questionnaire card, now I want to go through all cards and input the data to a table which will enable me to view the days remaining until the next birthday and upon 2 weeks before send an email inviting them to celebrate there birthdasy with us at the restaurant.

What sotware would people advise me to use?

Any help would be appreciated
regards Blanchard

All of what you said can be accomplished by Access quite easily.

Can this be done in Access 2003?

To my certain knowledge it could be done in A97, A2000, A2002, A2003 or A2007. I can think of reason why it couldn't be done in earlier versions of Access but I have never used them so I cannot guarantee that.

The reason I ask if it can be achieved in A2003 is because i read it wasn't possible to send an email from A2003 automatically on a certain date, but it is possible in A2007

Using little VBA you can do that in A2003. Do a search on e-mail to Outlook.

I would create 2 tables for this. One for costumers & one for surveys. Do a 1 to many relation. Or one costumer can have many surveys.

Good luck
