Why will Ampersand not show up in my Report?

Our firm's name contains an Ampersand. The Ampersand is not appearing on the report. It is replaced by an underscore of some sort. What's going on here?

An ampersand is a key symbol in Access.

You'll need to do this

"FirstBitOfCompanyName " & "&" & " SecondBitOfCompanyName"

I think that should work although I haven't tested it.

You can also display it with two ampersands.

i.e.

Bloggs && Son
