Wizards Not Working

MY WIZARDS don't work

My wizards don't work. I've triedd to repair Office from the disc, from detect and repair, and I've tried to reinstall Office five or six times. I will for example go to reports, label wizard, find the table for my labels, click next and then nothing. The box that I was entering the selection is is gone. Nothing running in ther background. This is the same for building a command button, combo box, and etc. Does anyone know where this wizard is stored on your computer. I figure I could take a copy of that file from an uncorrupted computer and paste it in mine. I did that for some other things. Any ideas
 
The various wizards are in:
Utility.mda
acwzdat.mdt
acwzusr.mdt
acwzlib.mde
acwztool.mde

I don't know which is where although I have see a kb article that tells you.

Are you sure that you installed the wizards? They don't install by default. You need to do a custom install and specifically select them. Also make sure that all the help files and samples are installed while you're at it.
