Word wrap

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to wrap your text so that it continues on the next line. I have 5 columns which stretch out on a landscape page. I realize I can stretch my text box down but then all my rows are just a high as the row before. Can anyone help me?

In design view, look at the CanShrink and CanGrow properties
of your text box.
