Work Around Duplicate Names in Mail Merge Data (Word 2003)

Hi All,

There is how to instructions for how to work around duplicate names in mail merge data : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/302665

Does anyone have instructions, or can give me a possible step by step for this same problem in Word 2003?

OR maybe just show me the code?

I have 3 fields: AccountNumber (will be the duplicate), Vendor and Amount will have multiple entries under a given account.
