In MS Access 2007, Select DateDiff("d", “7/3/2012”, "7/10/2012") returns 7 as the number of days between those dates.
Is there an MS Access function that returns the number of working days?
In this example, 7/4 is a US holiday, 7/7 is a US day off (Saturday) , and 7/8 is a US day off (Sunday).
So the function would need to return 4, not 7.
In excel, this function is called Networkdays. Is there something similar in MS Access 2007

Welcome to the forum!

No, there is no built-in function in Access to calculate working day, but this site has a custom function that you can copy into a new module in Access. You will have to create a table for the holidays. Saturdays and Sundays should be taken care of by the custom function
