Hi everyone,
I am doing some work on my company's database and it is an MS access front end with an SQL back end.
I have just had some new fields added to a table, and when I try and update the new fields through the form to which the table is attached, I get a 'Write Conflict' error message and it doesn't allow me to save changes.
The funny thing is that it is only on certain records that I get this error message and I can't understand why. Two of the new fields were yes/no fields and an update query has been run to assign the value of No (0) to the fields for all the records and this caused a 'Write Conflict' error on all records previously.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks.
Gareth.
