Yearly Report

I have a report that I am trying to create that will shows sales each month during the year.

I have

Months: DatePart("m",[Date])

in my queries, show they will show 1, 2, 3 etc.. as each month goes along.

How can I add the future months into my report. If I add 4 it tells me it doesn't know what it is because there are no records for it yet. I don't want to have to add this each month.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Is the report based on a crosstab query with months as column headings?

If so then you will need to declare all months in the 'Column Headings' in the Query properties....

"1", "2", "3", "4" etc
