yes/no field

hi

is it possible to count in a report and if so how...

i've got a report that contains names of ppl that have vehicles and their rego numbers, the field "vehicle" being yes or no.

how do i count so that the there is a total at the bottom of the report with ppl with vehicles?? the total should be 13.

trying to figure it out keeps giving me either -1 or error.

Try this. Insert a blank text box in the report footer of your report. In the text box type; =Count(IIF(([Vehicle])="Yes",0)). Good Luck! Brian.
