Yet another "Item not found in this collection" post

Variables lose their value when unhandled errors happen.

It may happen when the error is not trapped in a low level procedure but is trapped higher up. I haven't tested that. BUT, assuming the OP is correct and it is set when the app opens, then something is happening to unset it.
