You can't assign a value to this object

I am getting the error You can't assign a value to this object when I try to enter data in the Part No field when i am adding a part.
I have narrowed down the problem to the Master Child link but I have used a similar link on other forms and there is no problem.

I have tried to attach my database but as the size limit is 100kb it's impossible since a blank DB is 96KB zipped . I have include the minimal forms and tables and still cannot reduce it below 440KB. Any ideas how I can share the problem

That did the trick (couldn't find it the last time- bad day) now I hope someone can help. Here it is.
