You can't carry out this action message

I have this form that list a series of orders([Order List]). Also I have a this button that calls a new form [Order] using docmd.openform when I select a particular order in the [Order List] form.

I have several users (less than 10) using the database, so I did the FE & BE thing. Default Lock records set to: No Lock....

My problem is that I receive the following message when I'm going back and forward the secondary form from my primary form but on a Random basics. I can't catch it ! ..... Please anybody know what this means?

" You can't carry out this action at the present time "

The system locks and I can't do anything else.
