Access update

updated info

I have two forms one is a attendance form the other a rota form

the attendance form has the following fields

Employee no, Date1, Day name, Actual start ,Actual finish

The Rotasubform has these fields

Rota Name ,Date, Day name, Start time, Finish time

The date1 and date are linked in the relation ships.

The rota form needs to have a years worth of dates added to it for each Rota name. To many to add by hand.
They need automatically creating but only a years worth.some restrictions have to be used so not to many are made

Idealy they should be in a table but they shoud also be accessable by form.

When you say dates are put into a form automatically - do you mean a table? if not, how would you like the dates to be shown ?

Perhaps you could explain a little more of your form
