Calculations using asp form and storing results in MS Access DB? (1 Viewer)

I am planning to develop and application using a asp form that is used to record data from a user input. The input by the user will be used to calculate various calculations such as percentages etc and then add the results to an Access db table. I just wondering is this fairly easy to do using for example js functions etc to perform the necessary calculations?
