Delete column Headings

Hi Guys,

Pretty new to all of this so i a :confused hoping someone can point me in the right direction.I have a report in Access 97 which i need to export to an excel spreadsheet.I have set up a macro using transfer spreadsheet which works fine but!....all i want visible on the spreadsheet is the data not the column headings which i can not seem to get rid of.I have tried to set up a macro to delete the line but each time i re export the file the macro is deleted.Is there any way to get around this?

I think 'TransferSpreadsheet' gives you that option...

Yep, select the 'TransferSpreadSheet' option from the dropdown when you select a line in your Macro and make sure the option 'Has Field Names' is set to No, it is set to that as default
 
Thanks for responding guys but have fields option is already set to no but it makes no difference
