Edit only popup (1 Viewer)

I have a Access 2013 Web app. In the app I have a POPUP view that displays records in a datasheet mode. I want users to be able to edit, but not add new records. Is there a way to do this?

Se the form property ADD RECS = false.

can you set the in the form's Data property:

Allow Additions=False
Allow Deletions=False
Allow Edits =True

this is a Access 2013 WEB app. I don't see the "ALLOW" properties or a "ADD RECS"
