thanks for your help but it turns out the query had multiple problems mostly with the equations I was performing. I deleted all the calculations and did them one by one and ran the query after each new calculation. This did the trick. FTI I did not have the ItemID in the Select clause..in fact I am so new at this I don't even know what a Select Clause is.
