Format Query (1 Viewer)

Hello,

Am trying to do a simple Format summing query to calculate yearly, (then monthy and weekly) sales totals.

I seem to have failed, can someone please check the pictures to see where ive gone wrong please?
Pic 1 is my query and i am trying to run and pic 2 is the outcome.

You have too many Y's in your format

Oh dear that is embarrassing, however that still isn't working for me as you can see.. Any ideas?

You need to remove the two middle fields they are acting a groups. You don't need a field in a query to use it. You can refer to it alone.

Id like to ask another question if i may. Why when chose to create this on form as a graph why does it look like this? What do the quarters mean? I have no such data like this
