Hello,

My name is James and I'm from the US. I'm currently living in the state of California. I'm a beginner on Ms Access and I was recently assigned to create a Call Center Database. I've been trying to find templates and have also looked for books that can assist me with this but have been unsuccessful.

I look forward to meeting all of you and discussing your own issues with access or any other Ms Office Products.
